Therapeutic Yoga Workshop with Pranati Pratap

The hobbies and sports that we love and the life style that we choose sometimes results in giving us certain physical restrictions and pain.  With a little help from the yogic approach, props and techniques we can alleviate those conditions to a great extent and follow our passion with a new zeal. In a 3 hour therapeutic workshop we will learn how to use simple household objects as props to create more flexibility, resilience and integration in various body parts. We will mainly focus on knees, lower back and shoulders and explore the therapeutic role of yoga in our daily life. No previous experience necessary.
