Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a great way to get in shape this summer.  Exercising in water makes you feel about 90 percent lighter and is an ideal activity for anyone with arthritis, back, knee, foot and leg problems because it doesn't have the same impact as when you jump or run on land.
