Experience is Crucial in Mendham Race for Mayor

Over many years I have learned the value of continuity and experience.

This year the governing body of Mendham Borough will lose 60 years of experience with the departure of Mayor Neil Henry, Councilman John Andrus and Councilman Stan Witczak.

Recently Mendham Borough filled several key positions: Borough administrator, chief of police, department of public works superintendent and borough clerk. These are all important positions that help ensure the efficient operation of the community.

The new mayor of Mendham Borough will essentially be decided in the June 5 Republican primary by only registered Republican voters and unaffiliated voters who declare a Republican Party affiliation at the polls when voting.

When choosing a candidate to support, experience matters and with 18 years of experience on the Mendham Borough Council, Stan Witczak is the most qualified candidate for mayor. During his time on the Borough Council, Stan has served as chairman of the personnel, public utilities and recreation committees, while also serving on all of the other committees including finance, land use and public safety.

Stan also served as Council President in 2004 and 2017 and chairman of the Borough’s Centennial Committee. Moreover, his 33 years of law enforcement experience have enabled him to make numerous contacts throughout Morris County and New Jersey.

Mendham Borough needs continuity and experience more than ever to ensure it will continue to operate efficiently. On June 5 Mendham Borough needs Stan Witczak for mayor because experience matters.
