Flag Flown Over US Capitol Gifted To Daytop In Mendham

Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen donated the flag in honor of Daytop's 25th anniversary.

MENDHAM, NJ — In recognition of Daytop New Jersey's 25th anniversary, Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen gifted the rehabilitation center with a flag previously flown over the U.S. Capitol building.

The flag was flown during a Monday afternoon ceremony, which Frelinghuysen attended.

Daytop is a local rehabilitation center that provides outpatient and residential addiction treatment. They also offer a private high school targeted to help students with "social, emotional, behavioral or substance use challenges " graduate.
