Girls Soccer Team Kicks Up Garden Cleaning Effort at Chubb Park

Team Titanium does plenty of winning on the pitch, but every now and again, the girls U13 soccer club of Mendham and Chester residents helps out in the community, too.

Members of the team came together recently to help tidy up the gardens around the Chubb Park Veterans Memorial. With the go-ahead from the Chester Township Parks Committee, the girls were able to weed and clean up the gardens.

With Veterans Day just around the corner, the girls wanted to give back to the fields they so often play on. Tom Mulligan and Charlene Arrington of Chester are the team's coach and manager, respectively.
