Heroin, Other Drugs Found In Morris County Parks, Police Said

Park police made multiple arrests for drugs in local parks.

MORRIS, NJ — Morris County Park Police made multiple arrests for drugs in parks between Feb. 2 and Feb. 4, including for heroin and needles. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:

-2/2: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morristown. An investigation led to German Ramirez, age 35, of Morristown, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/3: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Parsippany. An investigation led to Kerri L. Biggs, age 27, of Parsippany, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released with a court date pending.

-2/3: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS/D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Hanover Township. An investigation led to Albert Kufour, age 27, of Parsippany, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Intoxicated. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/4: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to Thomas Gay, age 47, of Newton, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (suspected Heroin), Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/4: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Hanover Township. An investigation led to Raeschone Robinson, age 19, of Roselle, to be charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.
