How serious are you?

Now's the time to get outside! Yes...it's gonna get hot and muggy today...so if you're serious about getting in shape, get your butt out now and get in that 30 minute brisk walk or get onto that hill and do repeats. Best yet... the water is lovely now...so jump into that lake just let loose, swim across to the other side! You'll feel awesome for having done it and best of all you'll have gotten your fitness in early!
