Kids TriHarder Triathlon Coming To Chester

Kid's TriHarder Triathlon registration is happening now for the event coming to Chester Saturday Aug. 25 and startng at 8:30 a.m..

The Kids Triharder Triathlon is series of swimming, biking and running for fun and fitness for children Ages 4-15.

This event is organized by Chester Recreation in cooperation with Marty's Reliable Cycle and is a fun way to get kids introduced to the various sports. The event encourages children to compete against themselves and will be hosted at the Chester Area Pool and surrounding area. There will be five age groups and participation awards to all, $10 entry fee per child. Bring your bike, helmet, swim suit and towel, goggles, sneakers & socks, sunscreen and water and get ready for fun time. For more information please e-mail.

Age 4-6, swim 25 Yards, bike 1 mile, run 1/4 mile
Age 7-8, swim 25 yards, bike 1 mile, run 1/2 mile
Age 9-10, swim 50 yards, bike 2 miles, run 1/2 mile
Age 11-12, swim 75 yards, bike 2 miles, run 1 mile
Age 13-15, swim 100 yards, bike 2 miles, run 2 miles
