Long-Term Road Closure On Washington Valley Road In Mendham

MENDHAM, NJ — Motorists are alerted that a long-term road closure has gone into effect on Washington Valley Road, according to Mendham Township Police.

The closure will be concentrated between Prudence Lane and Old Orchard Road due to a planned country bridge replacement.

Police have advised motorists to use Whitehead Road off Route 24 in Morris Twp. to access any points on Washington Valley Road east of Prudence Lane, including Old Orchard and Morris Township.

The project's construction is expected to be completed by early fall, officials said.
