Mendham Graduate Earns Doctorate From Rutgers

Class of 2000 alumn David H. Root received his Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rutgers University, on January 18, 2012.

After defending his thesis, Differential Representation of Drug-seeking Within Ventral Pallidal Subregions, Dr. Root accepted a position as a post-doctoral fellow at the National Institute of Drug Abuse, a division of the National Institute of Health in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Root earned a 2004 undergraduate degree from Western New England University and received his Masters of Science Degree from Seton Hall University.
