Class Acts: Mendham's 2012 Seniors Graduate

Summer kicked open the and announced its arrival on the same day Class of 2012 did the same to the door to their future. 

Held in the gymnasium at County College of Morris, the June 20 celebration over came a last minute hurdle when took out the two parking lots closes to the gym.

Administration came up with an . For all of the challenges, the packed ceremony went off without a hitch.

More than just a celebration of the graduates, the speakers in the administration including Principal Michael Matyas and Regional High School Superintendent, and Mendham alumn, Mackey Pendergrast (who also on Monday) took the time to highlight the school community.

Teachers were given praise for their achievements and opening remarks by 2012 Class President Wesley Peters were well received.

But nothing engaged the crowd more than the presentation "Decisions" by Christina Diana.

And although the scene of smiling grads with their friends and family is one repeated around the world every year, it is one very few grow tired of seeing.
