MENDHAM, NJ — The Mendham Township School District received national recognition after being featured as the cover story of The Education Magazine’s May 2026 issue.
The district appeared in the publication’s special edition, “Empowering Futures: Outstanding U.S. School Districts of 2026,” which highlights districts across the country for their approaches to student learning and educational growth.
The multi-page feature focuses on Mendham Township’s “Every Student, Every Day” philosophy and its efforts to balance academic rigor, personal development and student well-being. It also examines the district’s approach to emerging technology, including the use of artificial intelligence tools to support learning.

“We are honored to be recognized by The Education Magazine and featured among outstanding school districts across the country,” Superintendent Dr. Salvatore Constantino said. “This recognition reflects the collective efforts of our dedicated faculty, students, families, Board of Education and community members, who work together every day to create meaningful learning experiences for our students.”
The magazine highlighted the district’s pre-K through eighth-grade educational program across its two schools, as well as curriculum that combines foundational academics with interdisciplinary learning.
