The Mendham 2016-2017 wrestling season started off with a win at the Holiday Tournament in Mount Olive on Sunday. This is the first time Mendham has won this tournament. They did so with many wrestlers stepping up and taking 1st place including Brent Bartzak, Dom DiGena, Thomas Masucci, and Troy Navarino. The team also had 3 - 2nd place finishers, 1 - 3rd place finisher and 2 - 4th place finishers. The JV team also had many wrestlers in the medal rounds. With so many wrestlers having a great day at the tournament, this season will prove to be an exciting one to follow. The first HOME match will be January 4th against Montville at 7pm.
