Mendham's Witczack has 'integrity, pragmatism, experience'

I am supporting Stan Witczak for mayor of Mendham Borough.

I rarely get involved politically and feel compelled to support a candidate but when I heard about Stan running for mayor, my first feelings were of hopefulness and happiness.

The first three words that come to mind when I think of Stan’s character are integrity, pragmatism and experience. As my neighbor, Stan has helped make the transition to being a homeowner easier for me and while I always have been a “do it yourselfer,” I have learned so much from Stan’s wealth of knowledge. He helped me avoid mistakes, appreciate the art of bartering and save via resource pooling.

What I also appreciate is the interest Stan has in making sure my kids enjoy the town events by keeping us up to date with reminders.

I believe everyday leaders make meaningful impacts in their community and those around them and Stan is a leader I respect. It is pivotal we vote for an individual with a great value system with experience and ideas.

Stan understands how our town works and hones in on areas of improvement. I feel his background and 18 years of experience on town council enable him to hit the ground running. I appreciate Stan’s thoughtful leadership, hearing his ideas and seeing the twinkle in his eye when he talks about his plans.
