Mendies Spotlight: Epitome of Community Dave Hoadley to be Honored
Sports enthusiast, choir singer is one of four inductees.

This year’s honorees for the annual Mendies honors have histories that go back decades and even generations.
For nearly 40 years, Dave Hoadley has been the epitome of community in Mendham, lending his time and efforts to the town.
The Mendies is presenting its eighth annual event on April 10, honoring residents of Mendham Borough and Mendham Township in a night of fun and reflecting.

Hoadley is one of four recipients of the honor in 2015.
The Mendham man has been active as a little league umpire for 36 years, a lead singer in the Brookside Community Church choir, and an avid member of the Mendham Golf & Tennis Club.

Hoadley can often be seen at Mendham High School sporting events, sitting front and center for basketball and football games.
Tickets for the Mendies are $50 until April 1, and $60 thereafter including at the door, if any remain. The event is being held at the Sisters of Christian Charity.
The event is sponsored by Mendham TV and will feature a Red Carpet walk, reception, awards ceremony, buffet dinner, adult beverages, and music throughout the evening.
