New Vail Mansion Restaurant Will Serve Mendham Farm's Produce
Ralston Farm will be primary provider of fruits, vegetables for Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen in Morristown, report says.

Vail Mansion in Morristown is about to look very, very different. It’s also going to taste much better.
According to the New York Times, a brand new restaurant by the name of Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is coming to Vail Mansion, and the project is being led by Chris Cannon, a tremendously successful New York City restaurateur.
The report named Kevin Sippel as the restaurant’s executive chef, and will be using local foods, including produce from Ralston Farm in Mendham; Ramstein beers from the High Point Brewery in Butler; and oysters from shore point Mantoloking.

Cannon chose Vail Mansion after seeing it for the first time more than four years ago, the report said, and felt the area’s affluence would match his new establishment perfectly.
“Eating should be fun,” Cannon said in the report. The businessman said he doesn’t want customers to feel like they’re going to church when having a meal at his new restaurant.
