Presentation To Help Teens Cope With Stress, Anxiety Set for Mendham High School

Event will teach parents how to help their students on a day-to-day basis.

From SATs to prom dates and every other piece of life in between, high school students endure a lot of stress and anxiety throughout their days.

That’s why the Mendham High School Parent Teacher Organization is sponsoring the presentation “How Parents Can Assist Their Teens in Coping With Anxiety and Minimizing Stress.”

The event will be held at the high school on Tuesday, Feb. 10 and led by Kelly Sutliff, a licensed Professional Counselor who share her knowledge and expertise of managing teen anxiety and stress.

Sutliffe has worked as a high school crisis counselor and has a private practice. She is also an adjunct professor at Kean University and the College of St. Elizabeth.

The event will begin at 7 p.m. and there is no cost to attendees.
