As another winter storm blankets the area, towns and school districts are taking safety precautions Tuesday with the expectation of up to 10 inches of snow to fall.
Mendham Township Schools Superintendent Sal Costantino announced just after 9 a.m. Tuesday that the district's board of education meeting scheduled for Tuesday night would be canceled due to the storm.
No new date was announced.
The winter storm moved into the area just after 8 a.m. and is expected to dump up to 10 inches of snow on the area. All Mendham and Chester schools called for an early dismissal Tuesday.
