Organizers stated the experience is designed to help with clarity of thought and improve the quality of sleep. The session also focuses on raising vibration, improving relationships, and aligning energetic bodies to bring more joy into daily life.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the vibration of the Himalayan bowls directly on the body. The goal is to allow the sound to transport individuals into a tranquil and heavenly state of mind, body, and soul. Attendees are encouraged to bring all the props they need to either lie down or sit comfortably during the meditation.

The facility has chairs available for those who prefer to sit rather than lie on the floor. Organizers recommend that participants wear comfortable clothing while avoiding exposed buttons or zippers. To ensure everyone remains comfortable throughout the session, the allowable number of attendees is limited to 10 people.
Advance registration and payment are required to secure a spot for the meditation. The fee for members of the center is $40. For non-members, the fee for the event is $45. Interested individuals should contact the Nature Center to complete their registration and payment, or visit its website here, before the event date to ensure availability.
The session provides a focused environment for those looking to explore sound therapy and meditation practices in a group setting. By limiting the number of participants, the center aims to maintain a calm and intimate atmosphere for all involved.
Those planning to attend should prepare their materials in advance to ensure they are ready for the meditative experience upon arrival at the Nature Center.
