The Force is strong at The Hive this August!
The Hive will be transformed into the Jedi Training Academy where campers will be divided by age. Regular visits by an exciting cast of characters is expected daily. This is not a theater camp, although we will have fun role-playing some select scenes! Each camper will learn the history and ways of The Force and be inspired by the legends ofLuke Skywalker and Darth Vader! Designed for ages 8-11.
Cadets will decide whether to choose the path of the Jedi or the Sith. Lightsaber training will be held each day (to qualified cadets that pass safety training), culminating in a Jedi vs. Sithbattle at the end of the week!
Other daily classes will include Painting and Drawing of our favorite characters, Music Appreciation where students will learn about the cultural significance of the iconic music, and Drama where we will watch, analyze and recreate some of our favorite scenes, and even write some of our own! Lunch will be held daily in the Council Hall.

This is a great, local opportunity for your child to meet other like-minded kids and have fun learning and discussing the finer points of the legend of Star Wars. The instructors and assistants are all Star Wars fans, and are so excited to share their love of all things Star Wars with the campers. Please join us in this fun week of adventure!
