Town-Wide Yard Sale Set For Chester Now Accepting Registrations

CHESTER, NJ — Check out what your neighbors are selling in Chester this fall, as registration for the township's annual Town-Wide Yard Sale, which is scheduled for Sept. 17, is now open.

The registration fee for the yard sale is $10 per home and must be completed by Sept. 8, officials said.

Residents who do not have access to a yard can participate in the sale by selling their items at the Chester First Aid Squad building on North Road. To register for a slot with the first aid squad, the registration fee is $20.

The yard sale will be held between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 17, according to officials.

Officials said that after Sept. 12, the town will compile a list of participating homes and create a Google map to help people find the sales.

The town will also make the list of homes available on both the township and borough social media platforms.

To register, fill out the registration form on the community pass, and send the official payment before Sept. 9.
