All Route 80 Lanes Open After Crash Causes 7-Hour Closure
At least two injured in multi-vehicle wreck, police said.
A multi-vehicle crash in Morris County on Route 80 Friday morning shut all east bound lanes just after 10 a.m., New Jersey State Police said.
The call came in around 10:08 a.m., Sgt. Jeff Flynn said. A tractor-trailer and at least one other vehicle were involved, and as a result of the collision, the truck was hanging over a bridge with New Jersey Transit train tracks beneath it near Exit 28 in Roxbury Township, Flynn said.
The driver of the truck was taken to Morristown Medical Center with minor injuries, and the driver of the other vehicle was taken to St. Clare’s Medical Center, also with minor injuries, Flynn said.
