Here are a few questions to ask when looking for a reception site for your party or wedding.
Ask the people at the venue if they have an elevator for guests that cannot use the stairs.
Ask if you have to pay for the count (number of people coming) you give them before the occasion or the actual number that are there on the day of the wedding.
If you are having a cocktail hour first ask if it is just passed food or will they have stations where your guests may go up and take what they wish.
