Weichert, Realtors' Mendham Office Volunteers With Morris Habitat For Humanity

William Peroncik, manager of the Weichert, Realtors’ Mendham office, announced that his office recently joined forces with Morris Habitat for Humanity on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 to help install a temporary fence on Harding Avenue to benefit the Harding Avenue project.

The Harding Avenue project, one of many of the organizations current projects, will provide four new single-family homes in the vacant lots on Harding Avenue in Dover. The estimated cost of the project is approximately $700,000. Funding includes governmental grants from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Self-help Homeownership Opportunity Program (SHOP) and sponsorships from New Jersey Natural Gas, Home Depot and Travelers. The remaining funds will be raised through grants, donations of materials and services, and the “Hammer for Heroes” fundraising campaign.
