Where Mendham-Chester Residents Can Get 2016 Seasonal Flu Shot

The Bernards Township Health Department will hold six scheduled days for residents to receive their vaccination.

BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Bernards Township Health Department will hold six scheduled days for those age four years and older to receive their 2016 Seasonal Flu Shots.

People can attend these clinics from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the following days. No appointment is needed:

  • Wednesday, October 12th at St. James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave. in Basking Ridge;
  • Thursday, October 13th, at the Mendham Area Senior Housing (MASH) located at One Heritage Drive in Mendham;
  • Wednesday October 19th at Long Hill Township Town Hall 915 Valley rd, Gillette
  • Friday, October 21st at the Peapack-Gladstone Municipal Building, 1 School St. in Peapack; and
  • Saturday, October 22nd at the Bernards Township Community Center, 289 S. Maple Ave. in Basking Ridge.

  • Tuesday, October 25th at the Bernards Township Community Center, 289 S. Maple Ave. in Basking Ridge.

The vaccine costs $25 for residents of Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, Mendham Township, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough. For non-residents, the cost is $35. There is no charge for those who have a valid Medicare Part B card.

New Jersey law requires that children up to 59 months of age that attend any licensed child-care center or pre-school facility must get at least one dose of influenza vaccine between September 1 and December 31st each year.
