W-I-N! Competition Cheer Squad Kicks Off Season Atop Pyramid

Mendham High School squad starts competition season with first-, second-place finishes on opening weekend.

The Mendham High School Competition Cheerleading squad kicked off its season on a high note, bringing home a trophy in the first competition of the season.

At the Delaware Valley Regional High School competition in Frenchtown in November, the 12-member squad grabbed a second place trophy, losing only to reigning national champions Burlington.

Capitalizing on the season-opening momentum, the team traveled to Burlington Township the following day for another competition, and the results were even better.
