Yoga, Cooking & Art Camp Returns to Mendham this Summer

Back by popular demand, and now in its fourth year, downdog kitchen summer camp fosters creative exploration through yoga movement, relaxation, making mandalas, and the art of cooking. This summer, we are thrilled to introduce Ceramic Arts with Local Artist and Yoga Teacher, Shelley Rosen Howard. We are also adding NEW recipes with an emphasis on simplicity and fun. The flow of each day is a little different, but we begin with yoga followed by time in the kitchen. After lunch, we take time to create and meditate. Early registration, sibling & group discounts available.
