Youth Lacrosse Program Extends Online Registration
Program gives athletes in pre-K to eighth grade opportunity to play spring sport.
Spring is just around the corner (never mind the frigid temperatures and inches of snow on the ground), and registration for Chester Mendham Lacrosse is still open.
The organization, which places athletes of all experience and athletic abilities in teams of students in grades pre-K through eight. Registration for both boys and girls is open at cmlax.org and available through Feb. 1. Anyone registering beyond the Feb. 1 deadline will be given a $50 penalty.
Clinics will be held for younger children on weekends and older children can participate in intramural and travel programs, including weekly practices and games which are led by volunteers.

Indoor winter training will also begin in March for older travel programs and run each weekend. The season kick-off event is set for Feb. 23 at Mendham High School from 4 to 6 p.m.
