This month’s walk is on the Island Trails in Roebling Park, Hamilton! Join us as we journey through the Island Trails with a focus on ecology. Parking is at the Spring Lake Parking lot (500 Sewell Ave, Hamilton, NJ), though you can park at the Tulpehaking Nature Center parking lot (157 Westcott Ave, Hamilton, NJ) and walk to Spring Lake as long as you arrive there by 10 am.
Join us on the First Saturday of each month to experience the health and wellness benefits of a walk outdoors. Each First Saturday Walk will explore a different part of the rich and diverse natural area known as the Abbott Marshlands. All walks are from 10 am to noon. In case of inclement weather, check the website; any cancellations will be listed before 9 am on the day of the event. A light drizzle will not cancel. Program is free but registration is required using the link on the event site.
Please note participants in the walk may be included in social media posts and other Friends for the Abbott Marshlands promotions. Participation in the walk gives your consent to inclusion.
