MIDDLESEX BOROUGH, NJ - Middlesex Borough residents can bring sensitive documents for free shredding on Saturday, June 20, from 9 a.m. to noon — or until the truck is full — at the Municipal Complex parking lot, 1200 Mountain Ave.
The event is open to Middlesex residents only and limited to personal residential paper. Each vehicle is capped at five file boxes or 100 pounds.
Paper clips and staples do not need to be removed, but documents must be brought in a box, crate, or other sturdy container — no plastic bags. Containers will be returned.
Residents should not bring plastic binders, sheet protectors, newspapers, magazines, hardcover books, junk mail, photos, X-rays, CDs, shredded paper, or garbage.
Business paper — including home-based business documents — will not be accepted. Loads containing unacceptable items will be turned away.
