• Middlesex Will Propose New E-Bike and Scooter Rules: What To Know (patch.com) — Middlesex residents may soon see tighter rules on where e-bikes, scooters, hoverboards, and even regular bicycles can be ridden, including bans on sidewalks, parks, and certain parking lots. The Borough committee is considering an ordinance that also requires riders to walk bikes through crosswalks, limits passengers on e-bikes and scooters, and imposes escalating fines for repeat violations.
