MIDDLESEX, NJ — The Middlesex County Mosquito Extermination Commission will conduct truck-mounted mosquito spraying in portions of Middlesex Borough next week.
The spraying will be conducted on Monday, July 13, from 6 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. to control nuisance adult mosquitoes and reduce the risk of mosquito-borne diseases.
A rain date has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 14.
The treatment area includes locations south of Route 28 and west of Mountain Avenue.
The commission will use Zenivex E4, an EPA-approved mosquito control product, and said all applications will be made in accordance with New Jersey pesticide regulations and product labeling.
