Celebrate Juneteenth In Middlesex Borough With Free Library Event
The library will host music, crafts, and spoken word performances from 1 to 2:30 p.m. No registration required.
MIDDLESEX BOROUGH, NJ — The Middlesex Public Library will host a free Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 20, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the library's Community Room, honoring the holiday through music, crafts, and the spoken word.
The event, open to all ages and free of charge with no registration required, is presented in collaboration with the Middlesex Borough Culture & Arts Committee and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated — Omega Mu Zeta Chapter.
The program will feature Wahkiba and Vaughn of The Black Circle Symphony, performing rhythms of the African diaspora.
