Dunellen Man, 28, Killed On Motorcycle In Middlesex Boro Sunday

A man driving a motorcycle was hit by a car and killed Sunday afternoon in Middlesex borough.

MIDDLESEX BOROUGH, NJ — A man driving a motorcycle was hit by a car and killed Sunday afternoon in Middlesex borough.

The man, identified as Ramon Sanchez, 28, of Dunellen, was hit by the car at 1:11 p.m. Sunday on Rt. 28 (Bound Brook Road) at Fairfield Avenue, said police.

He was operating a Suzuki motorcycle when he was hit. Police say he was headed west on Bound Brook Road when he struck a Hyundai Tucson, which was entering onto Bound Brook Road from Fairfield Avenue.

Sanchez was flown by helicopter to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, but died of his injuries at the hospital.

"On Father’s Day June 19, 2022, our beloved friend Panda was tragically struck by a car while riding his motorcycle," wrote his loved ones on this GoFundMe they started to pay for his funeral expenses. "He was pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital. Panda leaves behind a beautiful family who are left with his funeral expenses."
