Dasaro-Drescher, Esq., of The Dasaro Law Firm, P.C., has announced the opening of her new offices located at 9 Leonardville Road at the corner of Church Street, in the New Monmouth section of Middletown. Ms. Dasaro-Drescher, Esq., founded the firm in 2006 and has been practicing law since for over 20 years. She has extensive training in an area of law known as collaborative law and is a member of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group, which was founded in 2005 and is the first practice group of collaborative law professionals in the state of New Jersey. In addition, she is a court-approved family law mediator. Collaborative law is based on a commitment by all parties to resolve issues without involving the courts. This includes issues surrounding divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support & alimony, paternity and property distribution.

Julia S. Dasaro-Drescher has been an attorney since 1995. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Fordham University, Bronx, New York, and she earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, New York, New York. As a law student, she was selected as symposium editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Her professional experience includes a clerkship to The Honorable James A. Kennedy of the Monmouth County Superior Court in addition to her positions as an associate with Chamlin, Rosen, Uliano & Witherington, located in West Long Branch, N.J.; and Levinson Axelrod, P.C., Belford, N.J.
In 2015, The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (AIOFLA) recognized Ms. Dasaro-Dresher’s exceptional performance in the practice of Family Law and bestowed the award designation ‘10 Best Family Law Attorney For Client Satisfaction.’
The AIOFLA is a third-party attorney rating organization that publishes an annual list of the top 10 family law attorneys in each state. Attorneys who are selected to the list must pass AIOFLA’s rigorous selection process, which is based on client and/or peer nominations, thorough research, and AIOFLA’s independent evaluation. AIOFLA’s annual list was created as a resource for clients during the attorney selection process.
Ms. Dasaro-Drescher, Esq., is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group, and the International Association of Collaborative Law Professionals.
