Millburn Township Road Paving Project Begins This Week

Residents are asked to remove vehicles from their driveways by 7 a.m. each workday.

MILLBURN, NJ — Millburn Township is advising residents that its road improvement project is scheduled to begin this week.

Contractor JA Alexander will conduct milling and paving work weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the project expected to be completed by Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Residents are asked to remove vehicles from their driveways by 7 a.m. each workday and may park on nearby side streets during construction. Township officials note that parking may be limited for residents on South Terrace (between Hobart Road and the Route 124 service road) and Tulip Lane.

Motorists are urged to drive cautiously and follow all posted signs and detours while work is underway.
