MILLBURN, NJ — Drivers in Millburn should prepare for upcoming roadwork along Long Hill Drive, with construction scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 26.

According to a township notice, improvements will take place between White Oak Ridge Road (County Route 608) and Parsonage Hill Road (County Route 606).

Initial work will focus on curbing and drainage improvements, with minimal disruption expected for drivers and pedestrians.

Milling and paving will follow at a later date, when traffic access will be limited. The township said additional notices will provide scheduling details.

Residents within the construction area should also expect changes to November's leaf collection schedule, which has not yet been announced.

Dale Drive residents will face limited traffic access and adjusted leaf collection schedules during the milling and paving phase.

The township advises drivers to use caution and watch for possible closures and detours.
