Firefighters Train on New Engine

Before firefighters can use the new engine, they need to train on how to use it.

Before Millburn firefighters can use the new engine, they need to learn how to use it. Each platoon has been training on the engine over the time since it was dedicated earlier this month. The engine, which cost about $490,000, has a new foam system, and the firefighters need to learn how to use it. The foam itself is water-based. The engine is to be stationed at headquarters downtown.
