Short Hills luxury home Builder Cliff Geissler of Geiss Custom Builders was among the winners of the 2014 Awards of Excellence for his entry, “Peace of Mind, A Priceless Addition” from the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey (formerly known as the Community Builders & Remodelers Association of NJ) at the 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Awards of Excellence dinner on June 12.
This is the fourth win for Mr. Geissler, and the third consecutive year Mr. Geissler has won since 2012.
This year’s winning entry was a total renovation project in New Providence, where Geiss Custom Builders transformed an ordinary Cape Cod style dwelling into a custom built luxury home, featuring a totally reconstructed fireplace with a 150 year old mantle created from reclaimed wood, as well as an elevator and a generator, adding to the security and comfort for the residents.
