Jaguar Sisters Celebrate Birthday At Turtle Back Zoo In Essex County

The Essex County zoo acquired the endangered jaguars in 2011 as one-year-olds.

On Tuesday, the Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange celebrated the birthdays of its two jaguar sisters.

The zoo acquired the two jaguars – which hail from the North American region and are an endangered species – as one-year-olds in 2011 when it opened its Big Cat Country exhibit.
