The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation is recruiting riders & supporters for the seventh annual "Jake's Ride for Dystonia Research." Closely related to Parkinson's disease, dystonia is an incurable neurological disorder that causes uncontrollable and painful spasms in one or more parts of the body. This event fundraiser is a fun filled family event that has something for everyone, from bike riding to arts & crafts. Willie Geist, co-host of NBC’s Today’s Take and MSNBC’s Morning Joe, will emcee the event. Money raised by Jake's Ride will benefit groundbreaking dystonia research that is funded by The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation. This event is for the whole family.
