Millburn Library Presents 'Food for Thought' Program: Summer 2017 Events
The Millburn Library will present three "Food for Thought" Programs: "Green Smoothies," "Chocolate" and "Exotic Fruit."

MILLBURN, NJ — The Millburn Library will host its Summer 2017 "Food for Thought" program on upcoming days in July and August.
Liz Miller Boose, adult program coordinator at the library, will take participants on a "learning adventure." All programs take place at 2 pm.
- On Monday, July 17, Liz will be making and sharing green smoothies. Liz has been making green smoothies for herself for years - and she wouldn't keep doing it if they didn't taste great.
- On Monday, August 7, Liz will be presenting several different types of chocolates from around the world to taste and enjoy. Who doesn't love a piece of chocolate?
- On Monday, August 14, the library will present an exotic fruit tasting. Have you ever wondered what that weird-looking fruit in the grocery store was, but then were too afraid to buy it? Now's your chance to learn about current, in-season exotic fruits.
Participants can sign up with the links above to ensure that "there will be enough samples for all," organizers said.
