Millburn School Board Gains Four As It Loses Two
Oyin Owalabi, Danielle Prieto, Caroline Updyke and Corrine Haase will be sworn in Wednesday.

MILLBURN, NJ - It is a changing of the guard in the Millburn School District on Wednesday as four members of the school board are sworn in as the search for two more members continues.
At the reorganization meeting Board Secretary Cheryl Schneider will preside over the meeting and begin with the installation of the new board members. Once they are sworn in, the newly reconstituted school board will nominate and elect a new president.
That president will oversee the nomination and election of a new vice president. One of the top concerns for the school board is to find and immediately replace Kate Foss and Jennifer Woodhouse who resigned unexpectedly Dec. 18. Citing personal and work commitments, Foss and Woodhouse left two vacancies the Board is looking to fill by the end of January.
