SHORT HILLS, N.J., Dec. 30, 2014 – What’s the commercial real estate — and economic — outlook for 2015 and beyond? On Tuesday, January 27, 2015, high-profile industry leaders will discuss the economic prospects for the year ahead, current trends in the market, how the capital markets are performing, where the smart money is going, and more at NAIOP New Jersey’s Annual Meeting & Commercial Real Estate Outlook. The event, slated for the Short Hills Hilton, will also feature the election of the commercial real estate development association’s 2015 officers and trustees.

The economic overview will be provided by Ken McCarthy, chief economist at Cushman & Wakefield, who will discuss current trends and projections for the year ahead, and their impact on New Jersey’s commercial real estate markets.

The economic overview will be followed by a Commercial Real Estate Outlook Panel discussion led by Kim Brennan, New Jersey market leader for Cushman & Wakefield. Joining her in the discussion will be Jose Cruz, senior managing director for HFF; Drew DeWitt, vice president, JP Morgan Investment Management; Carl Goldberg of Roseland, a Mack-Cali company; Jonathan Schultz co-founder and managing principal, Onyx Equities; and Joe Taylor, president and CEO, Matrix Development Group.
