Police Arrest Newark Man for Short Hills Burglary
James Clark already faces other burglary charges in Millburn.

Millburn police made an arrest in connection to a Taylor Road South burglary that was reported on June 20. The suspect was arrested a year ago for other burglaries in the township.
James Clark, 39, of Newark, was charged with credit card theft, fraudulent use of credit cards, burglary, theft of moveable property and criminal mischief.
Bail was set at $60,000.00, and Clark is currently being held at the Millburn Police Department pending transfer to the Essex County Jail.

Clark was arrested Monday at the Essex County Courthouse on the Millburn warrants. Police said he took a television, laptop computer and cash from the Taylor Road South residence. Police said Clark on June 20 used the credit card that had been reported stolen from the home to make a purchase of $205.31.
Police are continuing their investigation and said Clark faces charges in South Orange.

It isn't the first time Clark has been arrested in Millburn on burglary charges. He was arrested last July for burglaries in Millburn-Short Hills and in South Orange. After his initial arrest, police filed further charges accusing him of two more burglaries in Millburn-Short Hills.
