Police Arrest Perth Amboy Man for Office Burglary
Also, two burglaries were reported in Short Hills, and a dumpster was reported stolen.

Millburn police arrested a Perth Amboy man for the burglary and theft of computer equipment at a Short Hills office.
Rafael J. Sanchez, 38, was arrested and charged with burglary and theft of movable property on Thursday for the April 4 incident at Stone & Magnanini LLP at 150 John F. Kennedy Parkway. He is accused of entering the office and taking four laptop computers and a projector with a combined value of $8,200.

Detectives obtained the arrest warrant for Sanchez on Aug. 4 and arrested him at the Middlesex County Probation Office. Police said after booking Sanchez was turned over to Rockaway Township police on a warrant there.
Police Investigate Burglaries

Police are investigating two reported Short Hills burglaries.
On Wednesday, police found a house on the 500 block of White Oak Ridge Road to be burglarized after a neighbor reported an open door. Police said the responding officer found the front door was forced open. At the time of the report it could not be determined if anything was taken. Police believe the burglary happened between 1-7 p.m. on Wednesday.
Also on Wednesday, police responded to Forest Drive South on a report of a burglary. Police said officers found pry marks on the front door, but it does not appear entry was gained to the residence. Police believe the incident happened between 4:30 p.m. on Monday and the time of the report at about 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
Dumpster Stolen from White Oak Ridge Road Site
Police are investigating the theft of a dumpster from a work site on White Oak Ridge Road.
Garden State Waste Management reported the theft on Tuesday someone had stolen the 30-cubic-yard dumpster, which is valued at $4,000. Police believe it was taken between 10 a.m. on Monday and 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The dumpster is blue and has the company name stenciled on both sides.
Police Make Shoplifting Arrests at Mall
Police arrested four people in three incidents for allegedly shoplifting at the Mall at Short Hills last week.
On Sunday, police arrested Dionicia M. Mceneaney, 31, of Bayonne, and charged her with shoplifting and receiving stolen property at Neiman Marcus. She is accused of concealing three articles of clothing in a shopping bag. The clothing has a combined value of $718. Further, police said she possessed a stolen pair of pants valued at $297 from Saks Fifth Avenue.
On Friday, police arrested Alexis L. Walsh, 27, of Westfield, and charged her with shoplifting at Saks Fifth Avenue. She is accused of concealing five articles of clothing with a combined value of $767.
On Tuesday, police arrested Latoya S. Campbell, 19, of Newark, and (name removed), at Hollister and charged them both with shoplifting. Campbell is accused of concealing five articles of clothing with a combined value of $247.50.
Police Make Two DWI Arrests
Millburn police arrested two people for driving while intoxicated, including one after a motorcycle crash.
Antonio D. Soboti, 39, of Millburn was arrested on Friday at just before 1:30 a.m. after a crash on Glen Avenue just south of Ridgewood Road, according to police. He was taken to St. Barnabas Medical Center by the Millburn-Short Hills Volunteer First Aid Squad for his injuries from the crash. He also was ticketed for careless driving and wearing a non-approved helmet.
Last Monday, police arrested Valerie Buniewicz, 54, of Millburn, and charged her for driving while intoxicated and open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle. Police said they stopped her in the parking lot of 149 Main St. after a report of an intoxicated driver at just after 10 a.m.
