Put the "PUB" in Public Garden at Reeves-Reed Arboretum

Join us at the Arboretum for a beer tasting and food pairing, Friday, October, 16, 7-9:30pm

According to Ben Franklin, “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” So grab your favorite beer drinking friends and come to Reeves-Reed Arboretum on Friday, October 16 to sample select beers from Weyerbacher Brewing Company, perfectly paired with gourmet delicacies from E.V.O. Catering.

A beer tasting is a wonderful (and according to Franklin, perhaps celestial) place where you can sample a wide variety of quality micro-brew beers. Brewmasters from Weyerbacher Brewing Company will be on hand to offer selections from their full-time styles of brews as well as a variety of seasonal beers.

The key word to describe all Weyerbacher beers is “balance” and as such, they are designed to complement food. Reeves-Reed Arboretum welcomes Alex Gomes, owner of E.V.O. Delicacies, Short Hills, to once again create a unique menu that will pair flavors to harmonize with the sampling of brews.
