Top Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agents Named Best In New Jersey By Real Trends
Seven real estate agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage were recently among those honored by REAL Trends.

MADISON, N.J. (Nov. 17, 2014) — Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is proud to congratulate the following seven affiliated sales associates who have been recognized by REAL Trends as being among the top real estate agents in New Jersey. The 2014 REAL Trends Best Real Estate Agents in America list ranked agents based on their closed 2013 sales volume and transaction sides:
Elaine Pruzon of the Short Hills office ranked as the No. 2 real estate agent in New Jersey based on sales volume and tied at No. 64 for transaction sides. Pruzon also ranked among the top 100 agents in the nation in the 2014 Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends report, one of only two New Jersey agents to make the top 100. Pruzon has achieved over $1 billion in sales during more than 20 years in the Short Hills real estate market.
Frank D. Isoldi of the Westfield East office ranked No. 8 in New Jersey for sales volume and tied at No. 42 for closed transaction sides. Isoldi, a lifelong Westfield resident, has been the No. 1 agent at the Westfield East office for eight consecutive years.

Debra “Debbie” Woerner of the Chatham office ranked No. 27 in sales volume. Woerner, an active member of the Chatham community for 17 years, has been the No. 1 agent at the Chatham office for three consecutive years.
Kimberley Haley of the Westfield East office ranked No. 51 in sales volume. Haley has ranked No.1 in buyer controlled sales and No. 2 in overall production at the Westfield East office multiple times. She was raised in and currently resides in Westfield.

Carolann Clynes of the Summit office ranked No. 52 in sales volume. Clynes has a 25-year legacy of success in the Summit area real estate market, including a tenure as a branch office vice president and director of premier properties and new construction.
Virginia Garcia of the Westfield East office ranked No. 78 in sales volume. Garcia was the No. 3 agent in the Westfield East office for 2013. As a former Cranford educator and current Westfield resident, Garcia prides herself in educating her clients so they can make the absolute best in real estate choices.
Denise Flanagan of the Morristown office ranked No. 103 in sales volume. Flanagan has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate professional, including seven years of management experience. She is a longtime resident of Morristown and Morris Township.
