2 Cars Worth $750K Stolen From Montclair Home: Police

A pair of luxury cars worth a combined $750,000 were stolen from a Montclair residence. A side door was left unlocked, authorities said.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A pair of luxury cars worth a combined $750,000 were stolen from a Montclair home on Monday, authorities said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, a Club Way resident said he woke up to find that the front gate to his property was damaged. He soon saw that a pair of expensive vehicles were missing from the garage: a 2018 Ferrari Spider (valued at $370,000) and a 2021 Lamborghini Urus (valued at $380,000).

Entry to the residence appears to have been made through an unlocked side door, police said.

Surveillance footage shows two men enter the property around 1:30 a.m. Once inside, the suspects located the keys to the vehicles, opened the garage doors and fled with both cars, police said.

Police said one man was wearing a dark-colored jacket with the hood up and dark-colored pants. It also appears that this suspect may be wearing gloves.

Police said the second suspect was wearing a dark, two-toned coat, a hat with a hood over it, pants that were “dark in color” and a backpack.
