2 Juveniles Steal Car In Montclair When Owner Leaves It Running: PD

Two juveniles stole a victim's car in Montclair when she left it running and went into a store, police said.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Two juveniles stole a victim’s car in Montclair last week when she left it running and went into a store, police said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the victim reported that her 2021 Acura ILX was stolen on Feb. 15 on Bloomfield Avenue.

The car owner told police that two juvenile males dressed in all black and wearing blue facemasks entered her vehicle and fled westbound on Bloomfield Avenue. The vehicle was recovered unoccupied the following day in Newark.
